DOM owner and managing director Pat O’Brien is a fifth-generation farmer passionate about our region, its people, produce, resources and manufacturing.

Having both grown up on the Western Downs, Pat and wife Shelley are committed to growing a business enterprise built firmly on the traditional country values of honesty, integrity, service and hard work.

These ethics filter through every aspect of operations at DOM. Relationships are extremely important to us. We value our colleagues, customers, suppliers and manufacturers.

We’ve travelled the world to connect with manufacturers and suppliers who share our company ethos and are just as passionate in providing products assured to help others succeed.
