The Patz range of stationary vertical mixers are ideal for livestock operations using automated feeding systems.
Patz stationary mixers are designed to be permanently positioned in the feed-out shed and can be customised with a range of chain, belt and flite conveyers for fast and effective TMR feed-out.
Stationary models on offer range in size from 5m³ to 36m³ mixing capacities. Standard features include patented baffles, reversible restrictors, planetary gearbox, overlapped sidewalls and safety grid.
Designed to be driven electronically or by engine, all Patz models can be custom built as a stationary mixer. Drive options include two speed PTO or electric motor, belt and pulley, direct electric drive or variable frequency drive.
A range of discharge options are available including rear commodity, side and hydraulic side door alternatives.
Patz stationary mixers are immensely popular for stall feeding in dairy operations and are growing in popularity for mulching, composting and waste management.
