The K-Tec 1237 ADT is built from the ground up to provide faster cycle times and increased productivity.
The K-Tec 1237 ADT train can handle a tandem heaped capacity of 55m³ and can be seen on some of the most lucrative mining, large-scale earthworks, rehabilitation and civil construction projects around Australia.
K-Tec's 1237 ADT train requires just a single operator and a single power unit with 2 x 1237 ADT scrapers retrofitted in train configuration. A hitching system added to the rear tail of the lead scraper to accommodate the attachment of an additional 1237 ADT scraper.
The operator is able to use responsive joystick control functionality inside the cabin to fully load the lead scraper and then fully load the rear scraper. An exclusive digital display screen tracks load count haul productivity and monitors efficiency.
The ability to travel in excess of 45kms per hour down haul roads improves cycle time performance.
The K-Tec 1237 ADT train is designed for self-loading 2 x 1237 scrapers with a single 40-tonne, 400+ horsepower articulated dump truck.
